Organic mattresses

So I have been trying to decide which mattress to go with. I'm just looking to try a Latex hybrid.

The three that I am looking at are as follows.

Avocado 11" Costco Silk and Snow Organic My Green Kiwi

I am a combo sleeper and my wife is a side sleeper. I am currently on a OG Casper and don't love it.
