Where did all the free oddsmatchers go?

Hi I have been matched betting for a few years on and off and there used to be a couple free oddsmatcher tools for example the laidbackmoney one. Where did they go? Did they get bought out by bigger groups like oddsmonkey as they seem to be gatekeeping everything for example 0% comms these days.

Also would it be possible to make your own? Like how would you go about it! Cheers.
