Just came back, not sure where to start again

Last card I remember getting was Hit Monkey in the pass. I remember as also finishing series 3 around that time. What cards should I be looking for in the shop? Is there a site that has what are the current best cards and decks? I have 6809 tokens still. Also where can I find lists of the top decks?
