How much is a key worth?

Hey guys i have been wanting Gladiator in my collection for a while now and he is finally in a spotlight again. I haven enough keys to get him for sure but i also have 12k tokens and have him im token shop.

So my question is should i use keys to try and get him or is it better to use tokens?
