So why exatly was Taskmaster nerfed to cost 6 energy?

They nerfed him just before the release of Symbiote Spider-Man.

Can someone come up with a combo that would be too broken for standard play?

Best I can craft is Sebastian Shawn ➡️ Symbiote ➡️ Activate Symbiote (Shawn to 13 power) ➡️ Taskmaster ➡️ Skaar.

But is this too strong? Especially since Taskmaster has plenty of counterplay already: Shang, Shadow King, Cosmo.
