We used moldy thin crusts
A few days ago at work there was a few orders for some medium thin crust pizzas, i got the thin crusts out of the fridge, and it had literal green mold on it, i asked my manager if we should discard it, they just said "nah just use it". Aint no way we just used moldy thin crusts, not only that, a few weeks ago, we were balling up some dough, one of the managers accidentally dropped a piece of dough onthe ground and its like covered in floor dust. Guess what the manager did, he puts it back in the batch...
Conlusion: The store i work at is unhygienic asf, mold is growing everywhere
