Driving slowly with clutch

Hey I’m learning and I already know the basics of driving manual and like know how to drive it but my main concern is in busy parking lots or drive through or traffic what exactly should I do to make sure I don’t wear out the clutch cos like isn’t holding it at it’s bite point to move slowly really bad for it? I try not to do that but feel like it’s the only way to move at those really slow speeds any help would be appreciated thanks
