All i got is what i saw with my own two eyes before it disappeared to ig reels being refreshed 😭😭

So it was a police officer with brown hair, probably the bottom, and the top said something like “what you gonna do huh” then the bottom handcuffed him to his car, it was a pink car? He literally handcuffed him to the car mirror and then the top kinda smiled and said he was into that?
