wedding makeup for dry skin?!

i have eczema, dry skin, and sensitive skin. i’m getting married in february and i currently plan on doing my own makeup.

there are times when no matter how much i moisturize, my skin is still flakey :( i’m trying to prepare myself in case i can’t fix this by my wedding!

does anyone have any tips about how to make makeup look good on a very dry base? or products that could help cover redness? i know moisturized skin is ideal, but that may not be realistic for me.
