Concealers for dark under-eyes

So I am not someone who likes to wear a lot of base makeup products like foundations and concealers as I prefer to go bare faced with just a bit of blush. However due to my sleep schedule being messed up and in general being more stressed with life, my dark circles tend to be more prominent these days. Can someone please suggest a concealer/brightener that I can wear without foundation and does not make it very obvious that I have a lot of concealer under my eyes.
