Period tracking/impact on algorithm?
Hi! I’ve been using MF for about a month now and to the developers: bravo. It’s made this process enjoyable and my anxiety around tracking is gone! With that, I’m slowly learning all the features and such. I might not have looked deep enough, but I’m curious how the period tracking feature within habits works?
I’m someone who tracks each phase of my cycle in depth. Most women see an increase in expenditure during their luteal phase and leading into their menstrual phase of anywhere from 100-300 calories. I always eat more that week personally 🤣 I’m curious if period tracking helps the algorithm reflect that? Or if it’s something else/just a general feature?
