Whatever happened to Rustam Khabilov?

I'm currently watching the countdown to UFC 311 and was just wondering whatever to Rustam.He was on the scene before the rest of the Dagestani guys and was a force to be reckoned with for the most part. Look at his record, it's sitting at 24-4 which is a great record. Did he just quietly retire ?
