Which to Prioritize

Just got back into the game for the anniversary. I am kind of overwhelmed with all the cards I have to work on and was wondering what to prioritize.

I do not have a lot of PSCTs and the ones I need to work on are D.Hermanson (shit skills), all my batters have yet to have a BD skill as seen by the lack of BD batters (rendon, soto, guerrero, and sometimes harper does well though), my bullpen is pretty ass as well but I think is the least of my issues and I was also hoping to replace frassero and my rendon.

I know pitching is really important but honestly my SPs are pretty solid except for one and my batting has been giving me a hard time (with higher stage challenges, more difficult club opponents, etc. still works alright in league) My SPs (aside from hermanson) would keep the opponent at 0 but my batting would barely have any input.
