Floating stools/stomach pain/loss of appetite

Hi all. Got diagnosed with MCAS on March 17. Been taking medicine since and have improved, but still have three symptoms that won’t go away. Stomach pain/burning, floating stools, and loss of appetite. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this normal? Just getting concerned. The thought of food just makes me feel nauseous.
