Help me.

I am 22M pursuing btech. I scored 90% in 10th and 55% in 12th. Took drop twice for entrance exam. Till now my cgpa is 7.8 and will try to score more. Is this profile good to secure admission in tier2 mba colleges if I scored 85+ percentile in cat?
