Diagnosis

Hi, im new to this Reddit but I just want to share what’s been going on. In April 2023, I went to the hospital for a very bad panic attack. After that, I started getting lower back pain and shoulder pain and heart palpitations. I went to my primary and got the most expensive Lyme test they offered. It came back negative for everything but it’s 2025 now and im still dealing with those symptoms. To keep in mind, it hasn’t gotten worse and was actually feeling decent during the summers. I’ve had no fatigue and still go on through life like nothing is wrong. Does anyone have any words that can help me figure out what’s going on?
