Is this bullseye?

I was pretty sure I just got bit by a mosquito for two days I scratched it so much. I cant stand when something itches so I usualy live a scar on my body after a mosquito bite. But this has never happed? I dont know how much you can see in this pitcure but its pretty blue/purple. I have been fighting with mosquitos in my apartment here for days now and hava a few other itchy bites from them but this one is the worst. Also I do get random bruses super easy and a little scratch with my nails anywhere on my body and my skin is left red on that spot. Is it a bruse from scratching or is it a bullseye? I am paranoid now Im on a trip far from home and have no idea what to do it looks awful😔
