How to Lucid dream without waking up and over sleeping?
I’m in college, so you guessed it—I don’t have time to get more than 7 hours of sleep. I sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 6 AM. Also, if I set an alarm for 5 hours after going to bed, I won’t wake up—instead, my whole family would wake up and scold me for disturbing their sleep. What do I do? I’ve never had a lucid dream or sleep paralysis, but I want to experience these vivid experiences. Please give me a simple guide to lucid dreaming, even when all the odds are against it.
