Tattoo Artist recommendations

Looking to find a local tattoo artist in Louisville or just across the water. Can’t find many artists with active IG or Facebook accounts where they post their work. I personally need portfolios so I know their style and if they would be a good choice for what I want. Any recommendations you all have?? TIA
