How often do you weigh yourself?

So far with tracking with the app I’ve lost a little over 10 pounds. I’ve been struggling with my weight since childhood.

This is the first time in a long time that I’ve been consistent and serious about my health all while seeing and feeling real results.

The last time I weighed myself was the beginning of December. I’m afraid that if I weigh myself often I will lose motivation lol.
