Endless returns hell

Bought 2 sets of Loop Experience Plus from Loop's Amazon store. Really don't like how they distort live music and limit higher pitches much more than lower ones. Not at all what I thought they'd do. Want to return the unused pair.

Tried to return via Amazon but the store settings don't allow returns. It says to contact Loop directly for all customer issues. So I contacted Loop and they say they can't help and I must take it up with Amazon. Who then refer me back to Loop.

I'm getting nowhere and Loop refuse to help, other than now suggesting I buy Loop Experience 2.

Utterly awful.
