g502 lightspeed wireless disconnected and not reconnecting
hi, so obviously i have a g502 lightspeed wireless mouse and had it for i think the better half of a year, without issue. but for some reason inexplicably it has started to disconnect from my computer any time i try to use it. the light on it flash and blink red. the sensor and buttons are all unresponsive. on lghub, it appears to be connected still but it isn't. i've tried multiple solutions off of the internet, like using the connectutility app, redownloading lghub, and moving the usb port for the usb. the only thing that has worked was the connectutility app, but now that is failing.
logitech support are out for the holidays so wanted to see if i can find some saviors here. i added a video displaying the behavior i'm dealing with. anything is appreciated.
