Anyone Able to Identify This Cabinet Lock

Is anyone able to identify this cabinet lock that a colleague of mine found had fallen out of a cabinet?

The cabinet has no model descriptions or such for the cabinet or lock so we are unsure. All I know is the lock core has a G4 engraved on it
