Favorite non-Digital Short musical sketch?
While semi-forgotten by SNL today due to the popularity of Andy Samberg and Lonely Island's digital shorts, the show has a long history of musical sketches - cast member Christine Ebersole performed several of them during Season 7, with “Single Bars and Single Women" being probably her best remembered musical sketch.
My favorite was the song she performed on the Halloween 1981 episode, "I'm So Miserable," a dark parody of country breakup songs (likely written by Michael O'Donoghue, but couldn't find any sources online that said who wrote this). But what are some of your favorites that have been lost to time?
