Kinda disappointed with LIT

Ordered 4 ounces the 14th I picked up the grape cream cake (preferred) the permanent marker(essential) and the Pluto E-85 (supreme) that all today. I placed a separate order the same day for the pink kitty supreme still don’t even have a confirmation email. I wrote them still no response and I always kiss ass lol. But with that being said here’s a few of my issues the grape cream cake is dry but looks pretty good the permanent marker is atrocious literally feels like it just came off the plant. The bud and stems are so wet you literally can’t even break a piece off. And this is the most minor of all my gripes but the Pluto E-85 came labeled as just Pluto.. not sure if it’s a mislabel or the wrong strain. Idk what happened but before the red bags and the tiers everything was amazing no matter what you ordered or the price it seems that changing.. rapidly.
