Why does the 2014 IS250 RWD not have heated/cooled sests?

I would tend to see a lot of these 3IS not be optioned with the heated and cooled seats and i’ve always wondered why. Is it bcz it was to save weight or to be exclusive to a higher trim for the 250 of this year?
