How gross and gorry is The Substance?

I really want to watch the film, but I heard many things about it that made me worried. I can handle gore, for example I watched The Boys and Tarantino films (and I do cover my eyes sometimes, but I can handle this because the violence there is very comical and not realistic) but I don't think I can handle films like Saw, if the gore is too realistic and graphic. Will I be fine watching The Substance?
