Do you have experience with Woodsmere Place or 125 Columbia blvd (Mainstreet Equity)?

My partner and I are looking for a pet friendly 2-3 bedroom rental on the West side (close to the uni and as transit accessible as is possible for YQL). So far we like the look of both these places, but can’t find much recent info on what the management/ maintenance/ condition of the buildings are like. I haven’t needed to look for a place or deal with rental companies for about 5yrs so any info regarding similar alternative rentals is also appreciated (open to renting from reputable private landlords too!).
