Planning to buy LOQ

Hello! Im planning to buy a lenovo loq with a 4060, r7 7345hs, 1tbssd and 24gb ram ddr5. Im wondering if I can play some heavy duty games such as ready or not, squad, digital combat simulator, hell let loose etc. My old laptop is a 2019 lenovo legion y7000 i think and its got a gtx 1650, i5 9k, 24gb ddr 4 upgraded and different freq so its not as effective. 512gb ssd. I used to play those games but i didnt have the best of experiences. Its old, it served me well all these years but its time for something new.
Also, how much life can I get out of the loq? Im planning on keeping it for at least 5 years
