How to Secure Future Ownership of a Family Business and Prevent Property Disputes?

If I work as a government employee, I won’t be able to run my own business. So, I was thinking of starting the business in my dad’s name. Is there a legal document that both of us can sign to ensure that after I leave my job, I’ll become the owner of the business? Also, in case something happens, how can I ensure that my siblings won’t have any claims on the business or properties acquired by both of us?

We had a neighbor whose mom was paralyzed. She made a will stating that her properties would be transferred to her elder son because he built them. However, when he wasn’t around, his other siblings made her sign some papers, and he lost ownership of the properties. How can I ensure that something like this doesn’t happen to me?
