Am I getting laid off?

The site director scheduled a one-on-one meeting with me for next week. There’s no HR involved, so I asked what it was about, and they said it was just a quick catch-up. When I asked if I should be concerned, they mentioned they hadn’t heard anything but assured me I didn’t need to worry. The meeting is scheduled right before the all-hands meeting.

My manager has scheduled meetings with me going into December.
