Macbook Pro M2 Pro at 58k. Need advice

My friend is getting this offer for macbook pro m2 pro 14 inch (16/512gb) at reliance digital at ₹57.7k. - Display unit which is discounted so clearance sale - 41 charge cycles only - 95% battery health - but no warranty

Considering it costed around ₹1,70,000 at least 2 months ago before launch of M4 MBP, should he get this or not?
