Stop/start accommodations on todays LSAT

This is a long shot, but if anyone took the LSAT today with stop/start accoms can you let me know your experience with the proctor? Did you have to explain anything to them/ did they let you leave the room when you paused? Worried that my proctor may not understand how these accoms work so I just want to prepare myself.

I know that some accommodations have changed SIGNIFICANTLY from the switch to prometric because the platform doesnt support them, and I wouldnt have known about these changes if i hadnt of called lsac yesterday to make sure. Id rather avoid any more surprises.
