I thought ProctorU was bad.. ProMetrics takes the cake

I was supposed to start my exam at 8:30. Connected to 2 proctors, first one told me things on the OPPOSITE side of my room couldn’t be there that were so out of reach. Said I needed to empty my entire room and then come back. He disconnects me, I wait 30 mins for a new person, we get through the room check and I go to start, but since my LSAC user and pass are saved on my computer she says I can exit to write it down and then come back and i’ll be connected to her again. i do that, and it doesn’t let me get connected again. now im stuck in the proproctor screen saying im unable to proceed. On the phone with Prometrics who are useless and on hold with the lsac line. Fml. Has anyone else been waiting this long? I know some people were forced to rescheduled but that’s such a joke
