Want to be Kumon Center assistant, any advice?

Hi all,

I born & raised in HK (30F, former Kumon Math students for a while -- maybe 1-2 years, trilangual-fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English). My HK degree is in Marketing, have some volunteering experience that teach/interact kids about local culture.

I currently live in US and interested in starting a career that involved interacting with kids. I am very interested in become a Kumon Center assistant. Any advice/suggestions will be appeciated!

(P.S. Should I apply online or in-person will be more preferred? What skills do I need to highlight in the resume? Thank you)
