Looking for a butcher that sells organs (hearts, liver, lung, etc)

I’m looking for butchers that sell parts of the animal that aren’t usually sold in big stores. I’m freeze drying them and storing for long term, for my dog, so I’d like to find a place that sells them regularly. Hopefully cheaper but not a big deal.
