What was Kanata like in 1998?

For those who lived here back then ... Curious what you remember about the simpler times... Kanata Town Centre was a little mall with a theatre... Hazeldean Mall featured a Towers and and Odyssy bookstore. All Saints didn't exist yet. There was a shuttle bus to take you to Stittsville for $2.50. What else?
