who is the best LP gainer jungler?

so i main shaco right now and im kind of bored now. i want someone new that wont get banned 9/10 matches of ranked i play, i love shacos style and i was thinking of playing rengar but idk how good he is in early or late game, high or low elo. im. just looking for suggestions of junglers i might like to OTP.
