Teammates stealing jungle camps has to stop!

So Riot nerf jungle exp and gold to take away some agency from the role, yet doesn't find a solution for teammates farming jungle camps. I had this game where top constantly taking my golems and occasionally red. The mid, support and ADC all were farming my blue buff. Not to mention the raptors or wolves they are the easiest to kill fast.

I don't pretend to know the solution, but Riot has to come up with it. Because getting items and level was already hard and it's harder after the nerf.
