Does anyone read the storyline’s of junes journey?

I started playing junes journey with my in laws since 2 years ago & I had a break and now I’m back on the grind, helping with the competitions and detective needed cases.

I realised I never really read the scenes/storyline. Does anyone else not read them or do you guys read them? Let me know!
