A genuine question

I'm a j cole fan but for the people that say j cole is better than kendrick, explain how. We judge artists based on their work (discography) and I don't know how j cole can be a better artist than kendrick. What's j cole's best album? Most would say 'Forest hills drive'. What's Kendrick's best album? He has two of the greatest albums in hip hop history. I even think 'DAMN' is a far better album than most drake's and cole's albums. So how is j cole the better artist? I'm genuinely asking.
