What Jamie book have you cooked the most recipes from and what is your favourite recipe?
So, much as the title suggests, what’s your favourite book and recipe?
I think my favourite book is Ministry of food from 2008. Mainly because I couldn’t cook at all before I bought it, and it taught me excellent roast dinner, curry, and stew recipes that I’ve cooked time and time again. Even the soups are good - I made the cauliflower cheese soup recipe for the first time on New Year’s Day and it’s delicious.
I’ve probably cooked at least 75% of the recipes by now.
In terms of favourite recipe, for me it’s either: - Thai red curry (from 30 minute meals) - paella (from MoF) - Salmon salad (from Jamie’s Great Britain) - chicken tikka tray bake (from 5 ingredients)
