Has anybody purchased the Umbrella Entertainment Pulse (2001) 4K & Blu-ray Collector's Edition??

I'm wondering if the blu ray will play on a region A player. I don't have a 4k player or a region unlocked player. I've heard that most of Umbrella Entertainment's blu rays are marked region B for some reason even though they play in region A and B players, but some of their releases are strictly region B. The website has no indication, and neither does blu-ray.com. I don't want to purchase it if it's not going to play, even though I mostly just want the extra goodies for my movie room.
