How frequently should I consume Redbull to stay awake?
I recently started drinking redbull, AND THAT SHIT ACTUALLY WORKS! I could study and felt so fresh in the night too. Bas yahi darr hai ki addiction na lag jaye + heath problems na ho cuz physical activites ho nhi paa rhi hai JEE ki wajah se, aur inn aakhri 30 dino me toh bhot all nighters maarne padenge, so kitne frequently consume karna chaiye ise??
Edit: Damn didnt knew this many people would refrain from consuming redbull, so im deciding not to consume it on a regular basis. And about sleep schedule, Im getting an average of like 5-6 hour of sleep everyday, and im fine with it. SO yeah, lets see how this last month goes for me, All the best yall :)
