Unacademy Notes Are taking Too long To deliver

I had ordered IIT JEE 4.0 physical notes from the unacademy store but its been 3 weeks and they haven't yet shipped . Raised a ticket just telling to wait, they are not solving my issue and i think there is nt refd policy, so what should(im a plus member)
