norovirus + puked with trays in

hi everyone , i came down with norovirus and unfortunately puked with my trays in and i didnt get a change to clean them for 7 hours because i basically couldnt stand up. (i just took them out and rinsed after puking)

its the second to last day of this tray, so im wondering if i should just switch to the new one so i dont get reinfected or if i should clean with a polident tablet or hydrogen peroxide ? I will contact my ortho tomorrow and ask them as well
