Shifting Anxiety... Advice on post-Invis retainer wear needed

Hi all,

I'm 3 months out of Invisalign treatment and still in the 22 hour a day retainer phase. My dentist told me 3 months of everyday wear would be enough to then start wearing nights-only. The thing is I get quite anxious about shifting when I have them out and I swear it seems like having them out for a few hours even that my teeth shift slightly, in fact one tooth that was quite bad pre-treatment seems to move a fair bit to me! I also notice that my most shifted teeth are still a little wobbly and not fully solidified - does this mean I should keep wearing all-day until they are fully solid... or do they never truly solidify again?

Just looking for some advice from those of you who have been there and done it... my dentist kind of just gave me retainers and sent me packing.
