Pain root canal and invisalign

Ok so, I had a root canal done like 4-5 years ago and sometimes when i would sleep and press my jaw hard that tooth would hurt for a day or two, i went to get it checked and everything was fine apperently. That would happen from time to time and I got used to it. But I have started invisalign almost five months ago (i have a year left), about two months ago that tooth hurt really bad on first 4 days of one of the trays but it stoped… it would hurt a bit on new trays but not like that one. Now I started to notice it hurts when i touch it, any small presure I can feel pain, it is not super bad pain its fine tbh but it is pain when touched. Im going for new scans in three weeks for new trays. What should I do?
