Dupli-Kate and Multi-Paul blood and organ donation

If both of them can create hundreds of clones at once without any consequences (that are mentioned in the show, idk about comics), doesn't this mean that they could just clone themselves and get essentially infinite blood or organ donations? If one of them is type O negative (universal donor), there wouldn't be a shortage of blood donors and a lot of lives would probably be saved because of it too.

This probably isn't relevant to the story but I was just curious.
