Zagreb to Ljubljana - Flixbus or Train?

Hey there! American tourist here planning a trip for Christmas this year!

I'll be spending a week in Zagreb and planning to do a two night stay in Ljubljana in the middle.

Does this sub have recos on the best way to get there and back? All the research I've done is giving me conflicting info!
